(November 16, 2022, 6:39 pm)I filled my car with oil and drove about a minute down the road before my car started breaking down. It was my own stupidity, I had to wait in the snow for about 2hrs to get towed. Not their fault, again, that’s me. I was having a really tough day and when I got to the shop they were able to take my car and work on it the next day. They told me how much I overfilled and I didn’t really have much hope. Thankfully it was an easy fix and it was done much cheaper than I anticipated. Unfortunately I left my apartment keys on the car key ring and had to call 10 minutes before they closed. They were able to leave my keys for me which I SO appreciated. I was also running late to pick it up today due to traffic and they were able to process my payment over the phone so that they could leave on time and I didn’t have to wait until the next day. I understand I was probably really frustrating to work with, but I’m very glad I was seen as a person and not a customer.

(October 4, 2022, 8:11 am)This place is great. Straight up and good at what they do. My 2016 F-150 was not shifting properly and I suspected a transmission problem. Years ago, I had a 1996 Mustang with the same issue. I took my truck there and asked for a transmission flush, which solved the problem in my Mustang. They did not have the specialized equipment required for my truck, but worked with a local company to do this complex flush. The problem is solved. They are really good mechanics.

(December 28, 2021, 5:37 pm)amazing service!! they got me right in the day after i called, fixed it way faster than expected and even picked me up when it was done so I didn’t have to walk back to get my car. they will be my new go to for any work i need done to my car! definitely recommend them!!
