  This was my first yoga class in 5 years. the first session left me with such a feeling of strength and calmness, never felt before. I was taught on the second class on how to breath correctly and that I need to trust in myself. I've never learned so much in a yoga class. it's a definite must for any level. Kim is such a patient and knowledgeable instructor. This class is the best.

  I highly recommend Three Treasures. The instructors are excellent. The studio offers many different classes to accommodate all fitness levels.
  
  The center is very warm and welcoming. The waiting area is large and comfortable with over stuffed chairs. The main studio is very spacious. There is also ample on site parking.

  Beautiful studio. The instructor Kim, provided some really great insight into yoga foundations. I have been practicing yoga for 2 years and it was the first time I learned about how to really ensure I was doing the poses correctly. Excited to take more classes!

  Three Treasures has a very pleasant and calming vibe. The moment you walk in you can feel the warmth and love. The owners did an amazing job with the remodel. It's gorgeous with plenty of space. I'm excited to go to more classes here and meet new people. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Love this place.

  So welcoming and calming the minute you walk in the door. It’s my go-to place to relieve stress. A big variety of classes, class times and instructors. I’ve tried tai chi, mobility and yoga and they are all excellent for mind, body and spirit. But if you’re not sure now is the time to try one or many with introductory pricing!
