(June 29, 2019, 1:30 am)He did my endoscopy. I had not met him previously. He talked and listened to me before hand. Discussed options w me. He explained what he was planning to do. He did the proceedure and was present when i was falling asleep. He was courteous. He was professional and personal. After i woke up and was sensible, Dr. Kichler was there with photos and summery of the results. He and his staff were above and beyond. I felt respected, safe, and cared for by them.
