    I have gone to WellNow in Orchard Park, NY and had an excellent experience every time. They are pleasant, fast and professional. Highly recommended!

    Easy check in. Not very busy at time I entered.

    Check in easy Put in room right away.
    Waited 5 minutes. Nurse came in. Took vitals Waited 10 min PA came In. Looked diagnosed. Gave me medication. Had me wait to see if it was working. Checked again. Waited again 10 min then PA came back in. Gave me instructions ordered. Medication. Was very friendly and e aimed things to me Very happy with the service.

    I had a wax build up in my ears and went to WellNow for an ear wash. They took me in immediately and I was examined by a nurse and doctor. They washed out my ears and voila. I can hear again. Very professional and friendly staff. The facility is quite clean and up to date. I would definitely return as necessary.

    My first time here on 5/20/22 They were great! Even though there was 4 in front of me they came right in to assess me and directed me to the ER. They could have just treated me for what they thought I had but wanted a me in depth assessment. Their thoughts were on the right track! They even called the ER and told them I was coming. Thank you for caring for me!

    This place is great. Unlike my general practitioner, who can't see me for a week or two, I'm usually in and out within an hour. They are always very polite and caring.
