  To say I highly recommend Premier would be putting it mildly. Everyone in this company is fantastic to work with. They truly care about customer satisfaction and it shows. From design, to selection to installation they are seamless in their process, keeping you informed every step of the way. Love working with them all. Well done Premier...I’m so impressed with our end result. Love it!

  After a couple nightmare experiences with a couple other contractors, I couldn’t be happier I chose Premier for my kitchen countertops. They were very friendly and professional from day 1. Drew gave me a tour of their facility the first day I walked in then sent me directly to their supplier to pick out a slab. Drew was always just a phone call away and was always happy to respond to my questions and concerns. The installers who took measurements were also great. They were on time for each appointment which hasn’t been the case with other companies I have dealt with. They were also professional, knowledgeable, and left my house clean. I had Premier install approximately 40sf of granite in my kitchen with an under mount sink. Originally they told me i would have a seam in one of the slabs due to its size and shape. When they showed up they said they decided to make it one solid piece because they were confident they could manage it during install. To me that’s going above and beyond to ensure the best quality product for the customer. Thanks again Premier!

  We just had our granite installed yesterday in our home and we cannot be more pleased with how everything turned out. From the first day we walked in to Premier Granite until yesterday when it was installed, their process was perfect and their people catered to our every need. A special thank you to Artie, Drew, and the rest of the team for helping us through this entire process. Thank you all again -Gina and Randy Mitchell.

  Premier Granite & Stone lived up to its name. Premier in every way.
  
  Having purchased an entire kitchen from a big box retailer, we were guided to a Cranberry-based granite provider under a sole source contract with the big box retailer. We thought that with hundreds of kitchen and bath projects annually and knowing the big box retailer had the confidence to use only one granite provider in the Pittsburgh-metro area, surely this Cranberry-based granite provider would be top-notch. Not so.
  
  The Cranberry-based granite provider refused to accommodate a request and, when we asked the big box retailer to intervene and help us find another granite provider, we were told this was the only outfit they used and if we wanted someone else, we had to find our own.
  
  Having gone through an extensive bathroom renovation not even a year ago for which we used Premier to execute a small portion of the work, my husband reached out to Premier to see if they would be willing to step in and take over in the midst of the chaos. Thankfully, they did.
  
  From the first phone call to install took only 3 weeks. Premier was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Premier stepped into a difficult situation and eased through it without a hiccup.
  
  Would I use Premier again in my own home? Absolutely. And, as luck would have it, we will be renovating the second kitchen in our home and Premier will be the one and only call we make for granite countertops.
