(February 18, 2022, 12:24 pm)Cindy was absolutely phenomenal and conducted the best customer experience I have had in a retail commercial setting. I was looking for an obscure part that was not found in the database. Cindy went out of their way to call multiple departments to try and find the exact piece that I was looking for. Unfortunately we were unable to locate what I was looking for, however the service was absolutely still greatly appreciated. Hopefully in the future Grainger will carry a Gravlock Coupler (used to attach NPS one and a half barrel to a girder/ beam @90')
