I've been dealing with Chuck Casares, for 5 years now. I trust him with all repairs, and maintenance, necessary to keep my vehicle running properly. Chuck and I, have a good rapport, and he knows that I expect an honest diagnosis, along with his recommendation, on quality parts for any repairs needed. He has always been fair in quotes, and estimates, and I can count on this man to do exactly what he says will be done. He also returns my phone calls promptly, and courteous to my long winded, questions. Once the problem is diagnosed, and the total price has been quoted, Chuck is understanding of my need for a swift appointment date, according to my schedule. I've yet to regret any repairs, or maintenance, performed by Chuck Casares Auto Services, and can honestly, highly recommend him to anyone seeking a good solid repair shop.
