These guys are so thorough and helpful! Fran is service-oriented and so nice. Mike went after a funny and infrequent noise my very young/new-to-me car has been making. He didn't just settle for insuring that it wasn't coming from any problematic spots. He kept hunting until he found the noise and fixed it. It turns out it was a problem with a metal piece that was welded on incorrectly when the car was built. It was such a small, insignificant thing and I can't imagine the car hasn't been checked due to the noise before. It's awesome to know that these guys are willing to take the time to find something, even when they know it isn't a big problem. I'm so grateful! I'm new to the area, and it's nice to know I've found mechanics who are so good at what they do. These guys are awesome! I am glad to know exactly where I'll be taking my car in the future.
