Lots of equipment was used and the class size was manageable for Rory to give personalized instruction. They have cycling too! Definitely a place I plan to put into my workout rotation.

The first one is free. The instructors are fun and give you personalized attention. Once you go take a class, you will be hooked and want to keep coming back.
