So far, the customer service has been great. Not rushed, educated on how to select the right piece of furniture for me, very thorough when placing order. I never had anyone tell me to measure my door before, but it totally makes sense so that I won’t be disappointed if it doesn’t fit! Selection was really good as well. Expecting the rest of the transactions to go as smoothly. Just placed my order on Wednesday!

Courteous and very professional. Placed furniture carefully, and were very conscious of my other pieces in my living room. I will definitely be shopping here again should I need anything else. BTW,y experience was in the South Hills Location.

Bought a reclining sectional here. Perfect for family movie night and we love it. Reason I went with Room Concepts wasn't just the furniture itself but also how the place is run. The management is very involved and service is top notch. They stand behind what they sell and focus on long term customer loyalty rather than the quick sale. Highly recommended.

Room Concepts is a hidden gem. The customer service, from the moment you walk into the showroom, is outstanding. We worked with Nathan, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, yet not pushy at all. We purchased Amish made side tables a few months ago and were so impressed, we just ordered an Amish made dining room table, customized to exactly what we were looking for. It took us several weeks and numerous visits to finally decide on our furniture. Wayne, the associate we dealt with, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy in any way. Nathan also gave us some helpful input. The displays are impeccable and so many choices! We were so pleased with the process, from start to finish! Furniture stores offering high quality furnishings are a dime a dozen these days so it was nice to walk into a store with so many well made options. And the delivery fee is very reasonable and if you purchase more furniture within the year, the delivery is still included! We will definitely visit Room Concepts again for our future furniture needs!
