    Fit 120 people comfortably inside and turned the outdoor porch into the dance floor.

    This space is a good value for the amount that you pay but it's age is very obvious. There is a total of 3 outlets in the upstairs portion of the building, various names and words carved into the walls, a few of the windows do not open, and there are old water bottles and other trash on ledges high up the walls that can be seen but not easily reached. There is also no microwave in the kitchen which may be important to note if you plan to reheat food for an event.

    The place definitely shows its age, but is well kept, good ventilation & top porch was nice. Plenty of room for kids to play inside and out. Went for a graduation party and will be heading back for another next summer!
