  I’m beyond satisfied with my experience with Beth and New Day Family Law. A custody war and divorce were most certainly some of the most difficult things I’ve ever faced. Beth was the strong, very knowledgeable, and wise attorney that I needed to represent me. She was easy to communicate with, very organized, and very sharp in court when it mattered most.

  Beth started representing us back in October of 2020, when we were trying to get custody of my 3 niece and nephews, from my sister. We had tried getting multiple people to represent us, without any luck. My sister had used the public attorneys, who would not defend us, due to conflict of interest. Other attorney's would not take our case, saying they didn't think we had a chance at winning.
  Then, we found Beth at New Day Family Law, LLC. She was like a God send to us! She took our case without any hesitation! We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and she walked us through everything, step by step. She was kind, understanding, compassionate, and willing to help at any turn! She always took our calls, when she was available. When she wasn't available, she got back to us, almost immediately, after every voicemail and email we left/sent (and trust me, there were many)! We will never be able to put into words, how thankful we are for her and what a difference she made in all our lives! We will forever be grateful for her!!!!

  This past week, I had to fly into Pittsburgh to deal with a family emergency regarding my mom. We were under the gun to make very quick and informative decisions. We contacted Beth at New Day Family Law to help us make informed decisions and update important documents. She was extremely responsive, professional and acted within a very timely manner which was crucial to our situation. I felt like her services were an excellent value and the quality of her work was excellent. I highly recommend her for any family law needs and will definitely use her again in the future if need be

  Beth handled my divorce so that is was done with ease. She is very knowledgeable and made me aware of what was to occur every step of the way until the final divorce decree was granted. She is very professional, approachable and was always available to answer my many questions. Beth and her staff is courteous and will assist in whatever is needed. I am very pleased I chose Beth from among the divorce lawyers I interviewed.

  I would recommend Beth to anyone, and will not hesitate to use her in the future if needed. Beth not only helped ease my mind during the divorce process, but really made me feel like she was going after my best interest. Beth is reasonably priced, prompt, organized, and knowledgeable of the divorce process. I could not have asked to work with a better attorney during my divorce.
