    I never loved working out until I started coming here. The workouts are challenging, but really fun! Everyone is really friendly and I felt welcomed right away. I actually look forward to working out now. If you are considering coming to The Bar Method .. give it a try! You will be so happy that you did!

    All the trainers make you feel comfortable. This workout challenges you in certain areas.

    Mandy and the team at The Bar Method are amazing. They encourage you every step of the way. But more importantly they make sure you are doing all the moves correctly to protect your joints and body. I started in August 2020 and am stronger and more flexible and left a pandemic year down a few pounds👍

    I love Bar Method Wexford! It's definitely my happy place! All of the instructors are very supportive and knowledgeable. They care for your well-being, passionate about providing expert instruction for our safety. They bring the fun to each class. The different classes also offer so much variety. From week to week I am learning new moves and ways to perfect my form. I look forward to each class I take!

    This is by far my favorite workout that i have ever done. It has changed my body and toned everything in ways that I never expected. The owner and staff are all wonderful people who I consider friends now thatI have been with them for so long. I can’t even express in words how much I love being a part of the bar method family! 💗
