Not your typical dealer service experience. Comfortable waiting area. Thorough documentation of services provided. Trustworthy. Clean and efficient. Treat you like they care and want you back. Did the airbag recall like I didn't even know about it. Lickety split. Happy me. Same for axle recall 4-1-22.
I rarely write reviews, but this dealership and specially Art Morgan were so nice to us, I decided to write one. We bought our Honda Civic from here about 2 years ago- that in itself was a great experience. However the reason I am writing this review is the service we received 2 years later! While on vacation in San Francisco, our car keys were stolen with our luggage- I called Art Morgan (our salesperson at Baierl) and he helped us get new car keys while we still on vacation within a day! This meant we had access to our car parked at the airport in Pittsburgh as soon as we came home. I am so very grateful to Art and I highly highly recommend Baierl to anyone and also Art if you can schedule with him. They are good people and will look after you and your car when you need it!
They do their best to keep you informed regarding your repair, and they attempt to turn around your car as quickly as possible.
