  Andrew Z. from the PC Richards in East Hanover helped my wife and I pick out a gas range stove during a time where all other stores had low inventory. Andrew got us the stove we wanted at a great price. I’m very appreciative of his honest opinions and his knowledge on the different ranges that were available.   I recently went into PC Richard in Hanover to look around for gift ideas.
  I was sick of going into stores like Best Buy and wasting my time looking for someone to help me.
  PC Richard is well organized and the staff is very friendly.
  Jeff, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered his assistance. I am glad I ran into him since he is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy.
  The store has a good selection of products and great sales.
  This was a nice shopping experience - hopefully my last until after Christmas!

  I highly recommend P.C. Richard & son. Great customer service experience.
  Thank you Kenny for helping us with ordering the appliances (microwave, dishwasher, and stove) without any hassle. I can’t believe how easy it was to get the order placed and delivered right at our doorstep. Again, thanks to Kenny and his wonderful team!

  Had a great experience today at this nice and organized branch. It’s way better than the one I visited before. Mike was so helpful and gave me a lot of advises. He doesn’t want to just sell and go. He wanted to ensure I got the best TV that goes with my requirements and usage. Thank you Mike.

  This store is the absolute best. Remon went above and beyond to find what we needed and took his time to explain product info and break down the price of everything. Very professional and made it so simple. Will definitely be going back again. Check him out when you go next time!!
