  Our company recently switched from another carrier. After using ***** for over 20 years, Charlie Hooten made the transition simple and painless. He was able to transfer all of our employees' old phone numbers and information over to Verizon. He went above and beyond to make sure our staff was not out of service while they were in the field. We are located in Kalamazoo, MI and would not hesitate to refer anyone to Charlie !!

  This group of people are some of the most wholesome people you will ever meet! Lindsey and Charles are hands down the best in the business for all your Verizon needs. They tell you upfront, what fees will be attached to your account unlike other places around town that hide those fees from you!

  The representatives at this store took great care of us, answering all of our questions (which were many), and helped even AFTER the sale. That’s great customer service! I’m confident that I could walk back in the store today and still get help if needed. AND, the deal was a no brainer...they purchased our old phones, gave us a port over deal with the latest phones, 1 additional line, better service, and we are paying less per month!! 🤯😃Great job!!!

  Great pizza! Very generous with the toppings. Great quality cheese. Best fried mushrooms I've ever had. Friendly service!

  Best garlic parmesan chicken wings I have got in a long time, not to wet not to dry. The pizza is also great, sauce is nice, and so is the cheese. Ordered delivery and food was on time and fresh out of the oven hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

  Hands-down, AMAZING!! Sauce is absolutely a winner, mild & flavorful instead of the typical acidic, salt-ridden kind. The dough & crust eats almost like a delicious piece of rustic, Italian bread straight out of an oven fresh. Cannot wait to order again!
