Our experience with PBR was absolutely amazing! To say we are thrilled is an understatement. The job was delayed a bit due to a delay in materials being shipped (no fault of PBR) and then a short delay due to a scheduling conflict. This was communicated; however, and once work began on day one, they adhered to the schedule outlined almost down to the minute! They team on our project was here every day without fail at 7:30 AM to begin. Dylan and the rest of the men were professional, courteous, meticulous about their work, including protecting our flooring and other services in our home as well as clean up every day From the design phase with Missy to the final walk-through, everything was perfect. Communication with Sue, the production manager, was easy and she was very responsive. We LOVE our new master bath and those who have seen it agree it is beautiful. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for any future projects!

I was so pleased with all work done. PBR did a complete renovation of our master bath, laundry room and bathroom. Dylan Fabish was the supervisor and did most of the installation and tile work. He was a perfectionist. The work was done on time, everything cleaned up every day. I was kept up to date on the schedule. I will definitely use Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling for my next project

Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling worked hard with us to come up with a plan to fit our budget, and meet our needs that was beautiful. Our carpenter Dylan was great, always on time, worked well with my husband with questions and concerns and did a beautiful job. The whole team gave us and kept to a schedule unlike other contractors we have used in the past.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling for several months on a major home remodel of our Squirrel Hill home (built in 1921). We completely remodeled the kitchen, master bath and Jack and Jill bathroom on the 2nd floor. I’ve said many times that we’ve worked with a fantastic contractor when I’ve shared PBR’s contact information or details on our remodel with friends and colleagues. As one co-worker pointed out, “fantastic” and “contractor” are two words generally not used in the same sentence. We interviewed 3 different contractors, all coming in around the same price point. I had used PBR in the past for small jobs and, after interviewing them again, we felt confident that they could take on the substantial remodel challenge. We were not disappointed. The entire team has been completely professional and excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Their dedication to complete customer satisfaction and attention to detail has been evident from start to finish. Not only are they professionals and excellent at their craft, they are truly a joy to work with every day. I would absolutely recommend Casey and his staff for any job and am confident that they will excel in every way.

I had several projects completed by Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling and I am delighted with all of them: addition/sunroom, master bath remodel, kitchen remodel, guest bath partial remodel and replacing carpet with laminate in most of the house. Communication was great - I had a project manager liaison as primary contact (Jim) and Casey kept an eye on the progress as well. The people who did the work at my house were courteous, professional, highly skilled and trustworthy.
