Jeff is very knowledgable about bodybuilding, provides ridiculously affordable rates, is great at what he does, and is honestly just a great guy to work with. Very patient, but knows how to push you.
Compared to places like LA Fitness, you're getting an amazing deal for the quality of work he puts in.
Definitely recommend.
