Pittsburgh Pet Concierge (Pet Resort Boarding & Dog Daycare)

I would not trust anyone with my dog(s) other than Pittsburgh Pet Concierge and believe me, I had tried quite a few before I found them. My dogs have always been so happy when they are there and so well cared for. I do not ever worry about them when I drop them off.

They send photos daily and I can see how happy my dogs are. An absolute top-notch facility and I give them 10 stars out of 5!

Bob Kach, Josh and the entire staff treat them as if they are their own and it really could not be better than that.

We have gone to Pet Consierge for doggy day care twice now and are very pleased. Our dog seems very comfortable, happy and nice and tired when she gets home. The couple of people that I have met so far are very, very nice and seem to know a lot about my dogs personality already. We will be boarding her there soon and I am satisfied that she will have a good boarding experience. I am grateful to have discovered this place for our precious girl.

Long term client. Pets have spent anywhere from 5-15 consecutive days at resort. Excellent, dependable care for both our short or long term furry family member boarding needs. Always responsive, caring, and attentive. A home away from home for our pets. Cage free environment, indoor/outdoor play, taxi, daily journals, dog/cat friendly, and grooming services. A worry free vacation/trip for us and a getaway for our pets. Couldn’t be a better match! 5 stars

Anyone who knows me knows I am a crazy dog mom and my dog is my world. This weekend my fiancé & I had to go out of town together for the first time since we’ve had her. This would be the first time away from us in a year. I was struggling with where to take her. I found Pittsburgh Pet Concierge on Rover and decided to reach out. We ended up trialing a daycare day two days prior and she seemed to do well. I loved that she would be in a home environment, supervised 24/7 and able to play with other dogs that were there. We dropped her off for the weekend and everyone was super friendly and reassuring to me she’d be okay. Friday night I was so worried I called at 9pm. They answered, reassured me it was okay that I called and then told me how she was doing. I appreciate that he was super honest with me. She was doing well & not showing signs of distress. This eased my heart. I loved seeing the pictures of her throughout the weekend and the written journal. She was so excited when I came to get her today but I knew she had the best time. I will definitely be using them in the future.

My dog (Chewie) loves it at Pet Concierge. He now knows the word “daycare” and will start wagging his tail and run to the front door, when the word Daycare is mentioned. Bob and his staff are welcoming and clearly loves the dogs who come. We’re always greeted with a friendly smile. At the end of the day when we pick him up, he’s exhausted and happy, so it’s clear they’ve been affectionate and taken good care of him while I’m at work or away from the house for a while. Pet Concierge also sends pictures of your pet while their at Daycare. Daycare here is the best money I spend all week. I have also used their grooming services (for nail clipping and bathing) and will eventually be using the boarding services. It’s very nice to have an all in one stop for everything.
