#1 Cochran Mazda of Monroeville

Just bought a Mazda 3 Touring yesterday and Candice was amazing. Shaun in financing was also really great. They made it possible for me to purchase an amazing car on my own, without needing to find a co-signer. I came in telling them what I could do for payments and what I knew I wanted, and they did the rest. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a sales rep like Candice, because she didn't try to push me into anything, just listened to what I wanted and needed, then helped me find what would work.

Rick was wonderful to explain the things about my car that I had purchased and the warranty that I had left on my car as it was a pre owned. I had gone to the Irwin dealership and they were rude and not concerned in helping me since I didnt purchase it from them. Thank you Rick you are great.

I purchased a Mazda CX-9 yesterday from Cochran and are extremely happy with the overall experience. The sales staff is fantastic! Candice is amazing, Justin the sales manager is great and Shane was so helpful. This dealership is a keeper, and I definitely will be a repeat customer. Thank you guys for the awesome service!!

Honestly, it was very nice! Candice was super helpful and not at all "pushy" like some sales people can be. She was super accommodating when we were bouncing between a couple different vehicles and answered all of our questions. She made the whole car buying process simple. We met with (I believe) her supervisor at one point, Justin, and he was very nice and knowledgeable as well. We were introduced in the off chance that Candice was unable to assist us when we returned later that evening as she had a couple other appointments. They make sure you are taken care of promptly! They detailed our new vehicle nicely and their finance department over at Hyundai was nice too! Everything was explained to us (both in regards to the car and the buying process) clearly. It was an enjoyable experience.

This Monroeville location is small, but extremely efficient in their service operations. With ample access to work and relax in their customer lobby, Cochran employees check-in with you as your car is being serviced. Additionally, if they notice any updates or changes are needed to your vehicle outside of your scheduled service they will provide you with pricing on the spot and how long it will take. They always leave my car clean and waiting outside the front door when I check out.
