  The few times I have been I have been there I never had to wait very long to see a doctor. Everyone is always very pleasant and I highly recommend this urgent care facility

  I love the staff at the Monroeville/Murrysville location. Im always taken care with absolute professionalism. I would like to thanks Olenka, Chris, Michelle. I really Love you ladies an this facility. Thanks for being so kind whenever people are not feeling at their best.

  I cant say enough good things about Dr. Haynes! She is AMAZING! I never had an urgent care doctor care so much about my health as if she knew me. She really took the time to make sure I was ok with the breathing treatment. I contracted covid and was positive, so I went here for a chest x ray because I felt I couldn't breathe. She was honest with me about my lung at the bottom of having restrictive air flow but to not be worried. As it could be underlying conditions or covid. She did a breathing treatment on me, and she gave me a steroid shot to help me breathe and cough up the phlegm. She kept checking to make sure I was OK, and when I was dizzy she took initiative and told to me lie down. The other doctors here never treated me in this way ever. And when I asked for a steroid shot for my bronchitis awhile ago when I was here, that doctor wouldn't give it to me and gave me a hard time. Dr. Haynes had no problem and made sure I was comfortable and safe. Thoroughly gave me my diagnosis and provided me with care that I was stunned by. I wish I could see her personally. Icare would be really losing a lot of business if they ever lose Dr. Haynes. She is a gem and is a rarity. I absolutely love her and her professionalism, and how she treated me. Outstanding!

  Doctor Haynes and her staff are the best I’ve ever had. I’m not an easy patient and a hot mess. I have gone through several pcps until I found one that I found comfortable with and felt actually cared about me. This office truly cares about their patients and will do whatever is asked or needed to help them as long as it’s within reason with smiles on their faces.
