Amazing experience at this location. Jordan Michael greeting me asap when I entered the store. Felt very welcomed by all employees. Store was clean and well maintained. Was walked through all options when deciding a plan. Everything was very professional but had a nice friendly feel. Would highly recommend this location for all your Att needs. Ask for Jordan!!

I was very satisfied with the service my mom/sister and I received at the store. Larry was very polite, patient, made sure WE understood EVERYTHING from the bill to the promotions. While Larry was helping us I also noticed how the other staff greeted customers as soon as they came in. This was our first time in this particular store and it was great

I really love this AT&T store! The manager Jordan was helpful on the phone. When we got to the store our rep Cena was amazing! She spent the time we needed to help us get our new phones, accessories, and get everything set up. She was so nice and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. One of the best phone store experiences we’ve had!

We had a great experience at the Wilmington AT&T store. Cena was phenomenal and provided us with the best customer service. She took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured that all of our devices were working before we left. When this store didn’t have the phone I wanted, they sent a team member to pick it up from the nearest store that same day. I can’t speak more highly about the service we received here.
