West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center

My father became a long-term patient at West Hills about 5 months. It was an extremely difficult decision for our family to make, but we could no longer care for him at home. We had rough start here (mainly because of our expectations) but his care has been good. Nobody is going to take care of your loved one like you would. My father now has a routine and we know most of the staff and that has really helped. The majority of the nurses, aides and therapists are very attentive to his needs. The business office & social worker have been helpful with the insurance issues. If you stay involved (and be their advocate), in all aspects of their care like our family does, then West Hills is a good choice.

West Hills is an outstanding facility with a fantastic rehab team! Our long term care patients make my day every day. I am proud to say that I have worked at West Hills for over 3 years and it is a GREAT place to work. We have many employees who have been there for 15+ years and that says something! We have many great changes coming to make our facility an even better place for our patients, residents, families and employees! I would recommend West Hills for your families health care needs or for your career!

West Hills is an excellent place for a loved one for short term rehabilitation or long term care. As a member of the Administration Team I assure you that the clinical staff and administrative team meet the needs of our residents and family members daily. I take pride in working at West Hills! Both my mother and my brother have been patients at West Hills, and I have been very very happy with their care. Their physicians were always responsive to any questions or medical issues, and the nursing staff were wonderful. The therapy department gave them both top- notch care as well.
