(July 11, 2021, 11:41 am)Amazing place to right almost unlimited amount of miles without having to play chicken with cars! Unless you are an experienced ride don't use road tires on the gritty slag trail surface.

(July 3, 2021, 9:57 am)From Coraopolis I did a 5 mile run. It was beautiful. Plenty of room for pedestrians and cyclists. No hills in the section I ran, which makes sense in that it's all old railway. I plan to come back often and try starting from different trailheads.

(June 29, 2021, 8:05 pm)Every visit is always a great one. Beautiful scenery and there is something to do for just about everyone to enjoy. Walking and biking trails. Fossils mines. Dog park and fire pit next to the waterfall and pond, and parking in different locations to choose from to put you closer to the part of the trail you interested in

(June 18, 2021, 7:33 am)I ride the trail pretty regularly and it is always well maintained. It's a rails to trails so there are no major hills to climb. The trail is mostly compacted limestone and a fine sandy gravel. People walk strollers on it with ease. If you want to go for a walk or ride I recommend this trail.
