He explained things really well without going overboard with the details like some others might. I definitely plan to use Albert Nahman again and hope we get Stanley assigned to us! He rules.

We had a clogged toilet which Ruben identified promptly and offered several suggestions for repairs. As is our experience with your staff -- he was conscientious about our needs and careful to clean up when he completed the work in a timely fashion.

Tad Snowden was thorough/identified underlying problem which I hadn’t fully understood until he showed me the corroded pipe. Totally clear in his explanations, smart and personable! Ahmad stopped in to apprentice and I am grateful to Lisa in the office for the rapid dispatch. Very impressive. Plus they were on time, pleasant, communicative and cleaned up completely. Thanks!

Very reliable company & easy to deal with. We've had them do many different jobs over the years, big and small, in our home and a rental property. Easy to set up appointments, by phone or their website, and they show up as promised. All the staff I've met have been very professional and friendly - Stanley installed a new faucet for us today - he had useful advice, reminded me to look for a coupon, and left everything clean. Thank you!!
