Everyone is always so kind, friendly and so helpful. I love that they always have the time for you no matter how busy they are. They are all very knowledgeable and have always gone out of their way to find the answer if they don't have it right away. I would recommend them to everyone.

This shop has beautiful fabrics. Knits are very high quality. Staff is extremely helpful. Don't miss the daily Facebook live shows or download their app. The upgrades to the store are fabulous. Love watching all the shows. Can't wait to live in Pittsburgh again.

Great store, for the most part. Very slow getting what you order out. I called last week asking if my order could be sent out as I was going away. I was told yes. I only live about 60 miles away and it should have been here in a day or two. Almost a week and still not here because, even though it has a label on it, it’s still sitting at the store. 🙁 All lovely people, but it’s hard to get answers because they never answer emails or text. I ordered a sewing machine and was promised kits plus 2 replacement kits. Machine has been delivered, but no answer on when or if the kits will be sent out.

Wonderful one stop quilt shop. Buy a machine here and you are never abandoned to learn how it works. The staff is always there to help you to gain confidence in your purchase from basics to complicated. They show you how to make sewing a passion and not a chore. The fabric selection is always current and full of great surprises.
