  Cindy Benson helped me choose the best product and color for my carpeting. The quality is fabulous - soft and luxurious. Installation was delayed by the pandemic but it was worth the wait. The installers arrived on time and followed every rule my HOA insists upon. Both gentlemen were efficient, polite and most important let no mess behind. Very careful with my personal belongings! I couldn't be more pleased.

  We have an older house that desperately needed new flooring for its primary floor. Thankfully Molyneaux did great work for us. Cindy Benson was our liaison and she was easy to work with. They gave us honest recommendations about what made the most sense, even suggesting alternatives they felt were financially more practical. Their team of workers did the job in three days, helpfully handling the management of the furniture themselves. The finished work looks truly outstanding, as we now have wood floors that look wonderful and are easy to clean. We picked Molyneaux over some of the more corporate alternatives because we since they took more ownership in ensuring that the finished project would be a great one. Thanks.

  This was our first time working with Molyneaux and were extremely satisfied with our experience. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. Jenn was our design consultant and she helped us to select the perfect carpet to go on our game room stairs. The installer was punctual and informative, offering advice on how to handle hardwood underneath old carpet we had removed. Molyneaux will be our first choice for any future flooring projects. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  We just got all new flooring throughout our new house and the experience we had with Molyneaux was outstanding!! Cindy Benson was the design consultant that we worked with and she was GREAT!! We knew nothing about flooring and heard some bad experiences with the "big box" stores so we wanted to have the flooring installed correctly the first time. We are very happy with our decision to go with Molyneaux. Cindy spent a lot of time with us finding out what we wanted and where we were going to have it installed and made sure that the flooring matched the walls and kitchen cabinets. She came to our house multiple times, as we had our bathroom floors done a few months after the rest of the house. She came when it was good with our schedule and made the whole process of choosing flooring very easy. The installers were very professional and we trusted their knowledge. They actually gave us suggestions that I don't think other companies would have noticed. We also bought an area rug for our living room and they were able to do that for us and it looks great! This was a huge project and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. If you are looking for new flooring, from a small bathroom project to a whole house project, i would highly recommend contacting Cindy Benson at the South Hills Molyneaux location on route 19. They are the best!!

  I just used Molyneaux for the first time and had a great experience. Cindy Benson was excellent to work with and really took time to bring samples to my house and give suggestions. She kept me up to date on the progress of the installation and everything went to plan, as expected. Install crew were great and made sure everything was done right. Its also a good feeling that this company stands by their work in case there is an issue. Would definitely recommend using them for all of your flooring needs. Very professional from start to finish. Be sure to ask for Cindy when you stop in!
