I'm writing to express my gratitude. Karon is always helpful and responsive in answering all my questions. My mom and I have lived here 23+ years and would easily recommend this development to friends and family. Great place to live.

We recently purchased a model home from Karon Wagner and we could not be happier. Her attention to detail was fantastic. She has been very helpful and continues to be available for questions.

We have been living in our current home since 2001. We purchased it brand new from Karon Wagner. I could not be happier!! I still love my home!!! Fast forward 19 years and my 80 year old mom just bought a new home from Karon!!! My mom really wanted to be closer to me for medical reasons and we explained that to Karon.
Long story short after short 2 months my mom lives 2 doors down from me!!! Karon went above and beyond to make the new home picture perfect and ready for her to move into so quickly. She is so helpful and very professional. She met with us when it was convenient for us not matter what time it was.
My mom loves her new home and couldn’t be happier living so close to me!

Karon is the nicest person I've ever met.
She goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new home,even doing the work herself to fix doors and touch up paint where it needs it.
