Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This place is great. Ashley was wonderful but she will sadly be taking time off for medical reasons. Dana was great too, although a bit heavy on pressure in some areas.

I had a facial with Terri. It was great, decreased some of my dark spots with a lactic acid peel. Atmosphere is relaxing as well.

My experience at Hand and Stone in Robinson was amazing! I went for an introductory 1hr massage, my first massage ever. Changed my life! The staff was welcoming, had great communication, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and restored.

The facilities are clean and inviting. The staff is warm and friendly. Lauri has gifted hands. She always customizes my massage to my specific needs that day. Very therapeutic- highly recommend!

Walking in I met the manager at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful and super excited that it was my first time. I was told what the process was as well as my rights as a consumer. Randi (the most amazing person ever) was prompt and explained all next steps and made sure I was super comfortable. She asked me if I needed anything changed at all and ensured that I was well taken care of. As a plus size woman I was nervous but I was never once looked down upon or looked at strangely, I was treated as any other normal person and that made me extremely happy and I will forever be a future customer. I also now know to make sure my phone is completely off going in (of all times to get 3 phone calls and several texts). I will continue coming back and I’m even looking forward to a facial!
