Really good experience at this store sales person was awesome
Last Saturday event with Dr of Magic 107.7, free Pizza, soda and a lot of gifts!! Awesome customers reps. Super helpful, and great deals than ever
I was without my phone for four days because customer service did not know how to guide me into setting up my Sim card for the new network. I came to this location seeking help because all other locations were closed. I am extremely happy to have brought my phone to this location. The gentleman behind the counter was awesome and he was very patience and kind. My phone is now working and I am extremely thankful. This is my new location when I need to get myself and my boys new phones. Great customer service!
I walked in near closing time with a phone that had lost service. The gentleman attempted to switch Sims without success. He offered several options to rectify my issue. He transferred the data from the previous phone, as well as, from an even older phone. I was very impressed with his professionalism and ability to help numerous people simultaneously while still making me feel valued. I will be returning to the Boost store on SR 436 in Fern Park for future mobile purchases.
This vet office is awesome at taking your pet, when they are in need. My dog actually had two emergencies over the past few months and no other offices were willing to see me day of but Pittsburgh Premier Vet got me in on both occasions immediately and fixed my dog right up. They are also very reasonable when it comes to cost! I will be switching over to PPV for all of my Vet needs. Thank you!
This place makes you and your pet feel very special. They treat each animal as if it is their own. You can tell how much they love animals. This is the best veterinarian that I have ever been to with a pet! 10 stars, if I could!!!
I joined my father today to put down his 18 year old cat who I adopted at 17 when she was only 8 weeks old. I am now 35 and when I moved back home my father did not want the cat at all. Fast forward to 2 years later I moved out and well she stayed because he developed bond with her. She was doing pretty well for a old girl and developed a tumor on her face and eye in the last 4 months and quickly declined. My father finally made the call that she was suffering too much and it was time. I went with him the day of and told myself I won’t go in. I ended up staying thru The Who procedure, one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. But his review is about the staff. All I can say is HANNAH a absolute angel!!! I have two cats of my own who have been in and out of hospitals. She is the most compassionate person I have ever came across. This is someone who does this because they care and love their job. She even cried with us as we said goodbye. She made sure to tell us numerous times how she lived a wonderful 18 years and is a special animal which she was. I know that in that industry you must not get attached but you know this woman was sincere her passion and love for animals prevailed. I cannot say enough wonder things to say about this woman. If you have to make this decision to end your beloved pets suffering I suggest you come here and ask for Hannah! He support and comfort will make this heartbreaking experience mean something.
I've had all positive experiences here. The staff is kind, caring, attentive and compassionate. Dr. Reines and Jayne have been especially accommodating, helping me to care for my diabetic cat. Most recently, I appreciated finding out that I could simply call the doctor with an update on my cat. Other veterinarians would have demanded an exam.
