  Very happy with place. I was u able to get an appointment for my new kitten during the pandemic and they were able to fit me in quickly. The vet and staff are all wonderful with excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them.

  This is our first puppy and we wanted a place that would treat him special. Werntz is a 2-minute drive from our house and based on other reviews, we wanted to try. They have treated our puppy like a little king, and he’s always well taken care off. The staff, including the vets, come out and speak with you and explain things very well. I have had to call a few times for non-emergent questions and am also treated politely and given quality answers and reassurance. I took a star away just because the parking can be a bit rough and the building looks like it has seen some better days, but it appears they are remodeling. Otherwise, I trust my puppy here and recommend!

  After twenty years with ONE vet I decided in an emergency (to me) that it might be time to change. I loved the staff that I met and Caitlin on the phone. None could have been nicer or more concerned. Dr. Sherer was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Will have Cecily see him again in three weeks to make sure she is okay. Cecily behaved (thank you) and I was a proud Mummy. Thank you Werntz Memorial.... Below are sisters: Cecily and Bailey

  Highly recommend Werntz Animal Hospital! My 4 year old pug had a lot of baggage/trauma from prior vet experiences and a bad groomer visit. Dr Dave (and literally all the staff) have been so sweet and helpful. River might not *love* getting her nails trimmed now, but it’s a much calmer experience for everyone.
  
  If you have an anxious pet (and also, maybe if you’re an anxious human), I highly recommend them!
