Dr. Wiles took the time between his two surgeries to see my boy, Presley. I had an emergency and needed a vet and his office was the only one to help. He gave me amazing advice. Their prices are fair and their employees are compassionate. My son is doing well because of them. I will certainly be returning there. I have been taking my cats to Pgh Spay & Vaccination for over 20 years. They are the most compassionate & caring team from the vets, to the vet techs, and also the receptionists. Dr. Thomas Wiles and Dr. Bernadette Santos are both excellent When one of my cats was diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Wiles gave us a demonstration on administering insulin via injection. I would have never been able to do this without his assistance and encouragement. He was a Godsend on many occasions throughout the years. His team has been with him for many years. Just a testament to what a great person he is.

My Bella was having breathing trouble. She had a cancerous toe removed 3 months before, so I was worried. Cancer spread to her lungs, and after the fantastic care the office gave my pup and me she went to sleep in my lap. They are responsive, caring, and understanding about our fur babies. I have an Irish Wolfhound that is 12 and I'm worried about him, but I know I'll continue to get great care for him for as long as he's with me.

Super happy with the treatment received from PSVC! Everyone was super friendly, caring and professional from start to finish. My little sweet dog, if she could talk, would say “mommy I was treated with lots of love and tenderness”. If I could give’em 10 stars I would!! Keep up the good work, you’re amazing :-)

My vet visit with my dog Chester was a great experience. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I was checked in for my appointment very soon after arrival, minimal wait time. Their fees are very reasonable. They will now be my primary vet. I am pleased.
