Dr. Burnett amplifies the unfortunate minority in his trade in balancing homeopathic and traditional medicine in both preventative and reactive support. Helping people appears to be part of his DNA regardless of his duty as a doctor. Thank heavens Mr. Burnett chose his career as Dr. Burnett who has aided myself and wife both with pain and non-invasive support with THE best staff, support and care we have ever experienced. Sports medicine and pain management are his specialties but I feel confident in first turning to Dr. Burnett's office at "Regeneration Pittsburgh" in Wexford, PA for any ailment or concern of injury. Triple A* rating which I would rarely...actually have never, consigned to any medical practice (coming from someone who has RA and wife with Liver Disease). It is amazing to learn of preventative and homeopathic remedies before heading to someone else who all too quickly would (and have) otherwise quickly put pen to prescription paper, regardless of potential side effects! Even if you think you're healthy, trust me...go to Dr. Burnett!

Outstanding professionalism and help. I rently had stem cell injections and I am experiencing great results. Injections were in both arthritic knees and elbows. I now easily get off the couch and in and out of the car. Stem cells were great relief in arthritis pain in my knees and elbows.
Three days ago I lifted my 31lb baby nephew and pulled a muscle in my shoulder blade area. Pain in shoulder when I moved in any position. I called Regeneration Pittsburgh to hopefully avoid opioid pain treatment and emergency room visit. Lindsay the physicians assistant gave me needlepont therapy and a trigger point injection in my shoulder blade area. Within a few hours pain had eaed up and that evening I was able to lift the 31lb baby with no pain. 3 days later i feel great.

As a combat sports striking coach my body falls apart on me from time to time and Dr Tom at Regeneration Pittsburgh puts me back together in no time. His attention to detail on each particular patient is amazing. I couldn’t do what I do without him.

Dr Tom is the best! He is very knowledgeable and will always present all recommended options to his patients. He is a great listener and takes what I think and feel into consideration. He also is very patient. And last but not least, he is very personable and easy to talk to. I’d recommend him to anyone!!
