  Aarzu and her team did such a wonderful job planning our wedding! We would highly recommend Regal Events!
  Our initial plan was for a large wedding at a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. Aarzu came on board as our wedding planner after we had booked our reception venue, but immediately began helping with all communication with our venue and coordination and hiring of all our other vendor teams. Up until the month before our wedding, I lived in Maryland (and my now husband in Pittsburgh). Aarzu was extremely flexible when it came to our very tight schedules, and was able to meet with us when I was out in Pittsburgh on select few weekends, or met with us via zoom (even pre-pandemic), and actually even met with us in Maryland on one weekend when she happened to be in town. She was always accessible, prompt to reply to messages and willing to help with anything you could think of.

  Arzu is such and amazing decor and person! It was a pleasure working with her. She did such an amazing job decorating for my wedding. It was exactly as I wanted and more. I’m impressed by her work ethic and professionalism! She is an amazing genuine person! I ordered a cake from another vendor and we had a cake accident where the top layer fell. Arzu quickly stepped in and took care of the situation and fixed my cake!! She is literally a life savor! I would Highly highly recommend her! She also did such a good job on the chai cart she took the extra time and money to get it exactly as I wanted! She takes care of every little detail and takes the time to listen to her clients of what they want.

  I've known Regal Wedding & Event Decor from the beginning. The owner and creator, Aarzu Ahmed, really listens to you. She delivers your vision and makes it come true. My husband and I put our trust in them to set up our royal blue-themed stage for our wedding. When we both walked into the ballroom, we were both STUNNED at the elegance, detail and love put into our decorations. Throughougt the whole process, Regal was professional, communicative and kind. They keep your budget in mind everytime and always deliver beyond your expectations. If you are looking for a friendly, inexpensive decor business, you MUST choose Regal.
