(April 26, 2019, 4:46 pm)The idea and service is great! However, my request is that your truck drivers wait for 3-5 minutes to open the door. We saw them from our window but by the time we went to the door, the truck already turned back and left. They seem in extreme hurry. Not sure if it is worth it to drive, spend on fuel and then quickly leave the property without collecting the donations.

(January 29, 2019, 8:52 am)I love how easy they make it to donate! I have 3 kids so I'm constantly filling bags with clothes and toys they've grown out of. I schedule a pick-up and they come to my house and get it right off my porch! So easy and it goes to a good cause.
