Wait time was really good for what I went in for they were attentive and as quick as they were able to be with a full patient list one of the best care I have ever receive will definitely use them again if I need medical care the nurse kept me up to date on what was being done and was very pleasant the Dr was very kind and sympathetic she put all my fears at ease and the ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing and very thorough

Friendly and respectful staff. Extremely knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome when I wasn’t feeling well.

Everyone was very kind, friendly and accommodating during my time there. Not busy, so I was seen right away, since I arrived in an ambulance.

No one mentioned COVID at all! I was surprised about that, but comforted that it was not their focus or concern, since my problem was not respiratory related. We all wore masks 😷, but that was it.

“Don’t ask, don’t tell,” seemed to be the rule of the day. Although, I was okay with it, for me personally, when considering the big picture, that was puzzling, for an ER, during this vaccine pushing phase of the pandemic 😷.

I left feeling much better than when I arrived, assured that my condition would improve. Thanks TriCities ER! They focused on the right thing 🙏🏽!

A bit slim in the product selection, but the guys running it are pretty cool.
