  I have extensor tendonitis in my left foot and the treatment I am receiving from Justin is amazing! He is extremely down to earth and easy to talk to, and he gives fantastic foot massages lol!! I am very happy with the care I'm receiving here and I highly recommend them for all of your PT needs!

  I started seeing Ray two months ago when some lingering knee pain from the fall finally forced me to seek out a physical therapist. Like your typical amateur runner, I have my share of biomechanical imbalances made worse by too many miles and a mostly-sedentary occupation. I initially tried conservative therapy and even gave myself three weeks off from running, but the injury immediately returned with a vengeance. Ray very quickly isolated that my knee was not the trouble at all – rather my lower back, sacrum, and pelvis were the culprit. With manual therapy and the exercises he has instructed me to do at home, I have slowly built my mileage back up and I hope to begin a marathon training plan shortly for a race in the late summer. Ray really understands the runner psyche (we are an obsessive, tenacious bunch) and he is never judgmental. I very much appreciate the care I have received at Grunlund Physical Therapy and highly recommend this practice!

  Ray did a great job helping to diagnose what my back problem was and then putting together a stretching and exercise regimen to help eliminate the pain. He was patient and answered every question that I had. If I ever needed PT again, I would definitely go back to Gronlund.

  This is my second time using this service. My first experience was due to a total right hip replacement. I was so very grateful for their patience and skill. They made a tragic experience bearable. Their dedication to my recovery and the great skill they proved by the use of many tools and hands on treatment helped me to recover completely. They gave me the home skills I needed to maintain and improve my balance. When I fell over a brick this winter I ran back knowing they would care for me. Thank you.

  Dr. Ray has been my PT for sometime now and has helped me with both pain and mobility. Tonight I attended one of his work shops on "Low Back Pain & Sciatica" which was presented by both Dr. Ray and Dr. Justin. It was very informative with good demonstrations. If you are in search of a great physical therapist, you would be in good hands with either of these gentlemen.
