Dr. Pappas is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me. Being a hockey goaltender, the stress of my position can at times feel overwhelming. Through Dr. Pappas' guidance, I have a new found sense of confidence, calmness, passion, and poise when it comes to playing the game I love. His treatment has help me elevate my game to a new level, and I will be forever grateful for that. He also helps me with a multitude of personal issues, and although I no longer live in the Pittsburgh area, he is more than willing to speak with me on the phone. Dr. Pappas is not only an absolutely excellent psychologist, he is a great man, humanitarian, and a true friend. I cannot thank him enough for everything, and I encourage anyone to give him a try.
