Today (07/08/2021), John helped me on a difficult case.
My drain line on garage clogged, another plumber came to my house yesterday and was not able to unclog it, the plumber told me the pipe went bad and the only way to fix it was to dig and replace the pipe and cost was going to be nearly 3K.
John came on site, he tried one thing then the other, used all the possible ways he could think of, the clog was still there. He tried one last thing multiple times and finally it worked.
A lot of times we all take the result as granted. When comparing the results of the two plumbers, John is so great! He understood the concern of the customer, would take one more step then one more step to let customer happy.
When doing the right job, everyone would be happy!

Johns Plumbing team was excellent. Very professional, showed up both days exactly on time, with great communication all through the difficult job. Also very friendly and showed me things that they needed to do all thru the process. They even cleaned up EVERYTHING including washing and sweeping excess water down the drain. Last Sunday, June 25, 2017, John and his helper, Will, came to my daughter's house to unclog her outside drain. She had plumbers there the previous day and they removed some of the roots from the piping, but the water was still backing up. John came and worked on the pipes until they cleared the clog, about 75 feet out from the house.
The previous night I was called to say they would would be there in the morning, and then called again Sunday morning to tell me they were on their way.

CLEAN DRAIN!
I own a house that is over 100 years old. I had a problem with my main drain backing up recently and called my insurance carrier. They called upon John's Plumbing to fix the problem. Even though he and his spouse did not successfully unclog the drain the first day they insisted on returning the next day and POP! Went the weasel. It was like a 5 finger discount.
Good people, excellent teamwork, recommend them to anyone!
