  Tow driver showed up quickly, actually knew about my truck and tried a few things to get it started. When that didn't happen he hooked up my big truck and got it towed to my address and managed to park it in a somewhat difficult location that made it easy for me to work on it and get up and running again. Would definitely recommend Ferra's for reliable knowledgeable drivers and will use their services again should I run into trouble.

  After waiting for AAA to send me a tow truck l was glad to see the tow truck arrive. I was an hour and a half away from home so really needed help. I was taken to a tire shop and the tow truck driver was excellent. I believe his name was John. I will put your phone number in my contact list so if I am traveling and need help l will know who to call. Thanks for the rescue.

  Amazing service! Brought in my Honda for new brakes. I was able to call at 9:30pm and book an appointment for 8am the next day. The quality of work was fantastic. I asked if my car could be ready by 12:30pm so I could get to work on time and they had it done by 12:15pm. What really stands out about this business is not just a great quality of work but great character of people. They honor their quotes and commitments. I cannot recommend this business enough. I will gladly trust my vehicle with this business again.

  I had been waiting on the side of the highway for 90 minutes and was getting desperate for help. This other company that my car insurance called was still an hour away. Luckily another company recommended Ferra's as they were close by. I had someone help me within ten minutes of calling them. Chad was courteous and extremely helpful. I had a wonderful experience and am grateful for the help. If I need roadside assistance close to my home, I'll call them right away. Thank you for saving my day!
