  If you can follow rules, stay positive and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, then you can donate plasma without any issues. The staff up front is great, the staff in the back is great and if you go in the evening you get a special treat. A whole different cast of characters that donate later in the day that like to have a good time. I've never had a bad stick. Payment is like clockwork. Have patience and smile and you'll enjoy the experience!

  Clean facility. TVs in the donor areas so people don't stare at you the whole time you are there.

  The facility and is clean, the staff are very kind and efficient! Everyone there is very attentive to your needs! When you walk through the door and sign in, you go directly to your kiosk, then you have a seat and you're caught up to the counter at your appointment time. After you're finished checking in, you go directly to the donation center in the back. There is never a longer wait than just a few minutes. As soon as you are done you are immediately taken care of and on your way out the door! As a returning donor, I have never had a problem and I've always felt safe there!

  Had a great experience as a new donor! The entire staff was excellent! Very courteous, helpful and attentive! Extra shout out to Paul who did my initial processing; he was very professional and personable! He did a great job!!
