  good trails. lots of wildlife and flowers. nice area for biking.

  My favorite Pittsburgh park. There are enough trails to be able to spread out, so that you rarely encounter others on the same path. Situated on a hillside, the park offers a great variety of elevations, depending on how "athletic" you'd like your hike to be. I frequently encounter deer while hiking, which is always a nice surprise for a city-dweller!

  Lots of options for hiking trails. Easy to find your way since the road circles around up to the observatory so you're never far from it. Beautiful views at the top.

  Such a lovely park. Especially loved the dog park. Very shaded and lots of room to run around for the doggo. :)

  I loved walking there today! Everyone was so kind and greeted me in passing. A true sense of community. It was just very much appreciated!!
