The manager was very friendly, and he's smart too. He said he used to attend law school but he dropped out sometime and moved from Albuquerque to here.

Love their cinnamon rolls. Better without the icing. In the early years of this company. They used to serve it with more of a cinnamon sauce. So much better than white icing.

I was just trying to order a new dust filter for my Hoover Max Extract Pressure Pro Model 60 and now I’m the manager (?) apparently. They keep thanking me for replacing some guy named Gene who just up and quit for no apparent reason. I’m freaking out. I don’t know how to do this job. Someone help me. I just wanna see my kids again.

A prime example that not everything in Oakland is a s#it show. In fact, the place was excellent. I went in for my side mirror and door. They fixed it in a week. Very nicely done. Communication was professional and staff was helpful. I recommend and will come back again if I need to.

I was so happy I came across this shop on Google. I went to another business first and was quoted $5700+ on a car that’s 12 years old! I went in and Joe the owner gave me a quote within 5 minutes and it was 1/3 of the price of the other shop. He worked with me to decide what work I actually needed done and gave me his advice. I was so appreciative of this service that I decided to move forward with Bellisario. Joe said he could get me in the following Monday and my car was done in less than a day. When I went back to pick it up it turns out Joe had saved me even more money by finding a used headlight. I wouldn’t have known the difference and appreciated the honesty and saving me more money!! The rest of the work done made the car just like new. It’s family owned and run and I felt at ease and comfortable with the whole crew. Thank you for excellent service I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Joe Bellisario and his team deliver a wonderful experience even under the unfortunate circumstances that bring their customers to them. I brought my car to him today with what I thought was a deep scratch. Fortunately, Joey identified it quickly as tar and was able to remove it without charging me -- as he has done for other minor repairs in the past. I trust him to do the right thing.
