I reached out to establish care after moving to the area. I was contacted quickly by the office to schedule an appointment. My intake assessment was straight forward. The office was clean and modern. The follow up appointments have been virtual which was important to me. I have had several appointments with Jayne, and she has been very kind and understanding. She never makes me feel like she is too busy or hurrying through the appointments - even when I'm struggling with the virtual platform. She takes time to listen and explain treatment options, expectations, and follow up care. The office staff have always been kind and professional when I have been in the office, or if we speak on the phone.
