  Just had their Reuben. Absolutely the best I’ve had in a very, very long time! Can’t wait to try some of the other items on their menu???

  I know those on the Southside will disagree, but this is the best deli in Pittsburgh. For me personally, I typically get the roast beef sandwich in rye and it's simply out of this world. Great portion sizes, and the owner is very friendly, greets all his regulars by name and many times can remember their favorite foods for them. Next time you are in the Strip, be sure to make the trip to this deli - you won't be disappointed.

  AMAZEBALLS. Easily one of the best deli experiences I've had in a long time. Authentic food, great portions, staff is great. Also, parking was a breeze.

  My search is over! Smallman Street Deli makes the world's best Reuben Sandwich...period! Beyond that the menu is full of great stuff, the fries are delicious...and plentiful, and the atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a neighborhood deli...and a diverse clientele. Staff is helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable for the huge amount of food they serve. It'll be the first place I stop next time I'm in Pittsburgh. Thanks!
