  I needed to get a place for my daughter for a college Coop program. Although reviews from the past casted a bad impression, we dropped by and checked the place. Long story short, the place has been great. Kayla guided us through the rental process and it was all very smooth. The apartment was clean and in great condition. Many stores are within walking distance or accessible by bus. There were no security incidents ( A small police station is within the community). They have a mobile app for managing things like payments and communications with the administration. Thanks to all the Alden team, but specially to Kayla.

  The Leasing Office staffs are very professional especially Ms. Angela and Emily, answers all questions without hesitation, and made sure we had everything we needed to move in.
  The apartment is in very good condition, they made sure everything was in order before moving in. I find maintenance is typically very quick to come out and fix any issues I have. It's generally quiet here, I feel pretty safe because baldwin police substation is just 1 block away from us (its inside the community). The apartment is super spacious and I don't feel the rent is very high compare to others. We really enjoy living here and I think it's a great place to live.

  I’ve recently toured an apartment unit and was very pleased with what I was able to see and the overall environment, from the amazing staff to the actual apartment itself. I want to give credit to the amazing ladies who provided me with answers to all of my questions, and yes I ask a lot of questions, and also a welcoming tour. Angela, Kayla, Mandi, Emily, and Jen are all wonderful staff and are very patient with you. They will go above and beyond to make sure you leave with no questions unanswered. Looking forward to moving in and also thank you again ladies for your hard work!! 10/10 recommend.
