“Great local bank where they warmly greet you when you enter, are polite throughout your transactions, and process your business in a timely fashion. We used to bank at the National City (then First Niagara) in Bill Green Shopping Center, but when it became Key Bank, the place became an utter debacle and we left after having been 14 year customers. At Northwest we don’t have any of the frustrations that we had at Key (irritable staff, “missing” transactions, and incorrect balances). The only negative we see at this location is the outdoor ATM (it’d be nice to have a more secure and enclosed area sheltered from the weather). It’s true that Northwest Banks are not as prevalent in the area, but the staff here make you feel so welcome that we decided customer service matters more than ubiquitous access with a larger and less customer-friendly bank.”

“This is what the locals call the secret Khuns Because it is located off of the main street. Can get busy in the evening when everyone is coming home from work and stopping to get something to eat. They have all of the main staples, plus they make their own donuts. Their produce section is good but not great, where they lack is the choices of meat substitutes and plant-based alternatives to meat. They have a nice large parking lot that is never full so parking is not a problem. It’s also right off that number 16 bus route so you can get your groceries by bus if needed.”

“I came here today to vacuum out my car and when I was done I somehow locked my keys in the car, along with phone wallet ect. I went in and asked the cashiers for help and they got the guy who appeared to run the car wash. They were all so helpful and called a tow/locksmith I was in my car about 45 mins later. The people here were so kind they checked on me while I was waiting. So thanks to the car wash guy and the 2 lady cashiers it was not the end of the world!”
