She was friendly, so helpful, and knowledgeable! (I had 4% battery left, zero service, and issues getting info from the other company, I know I was not a fun time to deal with!) I just wanted to say thank you again!

(March 8, 2019, 10:04 am)The staff is knowledgeable, if you are looking to buy a new phone they definitely can make recommendations based on what you are looking for. I wouldn't say that some of the staff are the most friendly of sales people, I definitely could have had a more pleasant experience as far as attitude and warmth. All in all the process of buying my phone, returning it for another went as smoothly as possible. Cricket Wireless is definitely a good bargain and the service is very good.. No need to pay hefty Verizon, AT&T, Sprint prices..
