We are an investment real estate company and we have work with several title companies in different markets for over 8 years. But since we came across BCHH Title company early this year my loyalty has been with them. We do all our closings with them. Paul Simpson the Agent that handles all our closings is beyond amazing. Honestly words cant describe how thankful I am for everything he does for our company and how much he cares to make sure our closings get handle with professionalism and most importantly he gets our closings to the finish line. I'm all about communication and Paul goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. He handles any title issues with full transparency and communicates with me about every single detail good or bad about the closings we have coming up and he always delivers by or before our deadline.
