(April 15, 2016, 10:37 am)My husband & I started back on Ideal Protein with Pittsburgh Ideal Weight Center again. Lost a few pounds so far but feel better than ever in just 2 weeks. We are under new coaching and direction this time. Our coach is super fabulous and so encouraging!!! Can't do it alone! You need the support and I am certain she will lead us to our goals! THIS WORKS!!!

Ideal Protein works and it is easy to follow. I have lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks and am certain I will get to my target weight with the support of my coach, Emily. She really cares about me and my fitness goals.
I have tried so many other weight loss programs and Ideal Protein is the ONLY one that works for me. It is a wonderful feeling to constantly step on that scale and see the numbers go down.
There is a large support community on facebook and a wonderful cookbook to make the protein packets taste like real food.
Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!!
